Empowering Through Innovation: Building Financial Literacy and Skills with INFINITY
This work package is dedicated to the meticulous management and monitoring of the INFINITY project, ensuring its smooth progression and successful outcomes. It establishes a comprehensive framework guided by the Management Handbook and Quality Assurance & Evaluation (QAE) Plan. The Management Handbook offers guidelines for administrative, technical, and financial aspects, while the QAE Plan outlines actions, tools, and methodologies to uphold high-quality project outputs.
A competency framework is being developed in WP2 to evaluate, maintain, and monitor the financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and soft skills of migrants. The framework will define the necessary skills and attributes needed for migrants to be financially literate and successful entrepreneurs. The main objective of WP2 is to reflect the identified needs into the framework and apply it to VET institutions for developing and evaluating migrant’s financial skills. The main results of this work package will be an increased exposure to financial literacy education for migrant families, considering key aspects like knowledge and skills, effective training strategies and materials, an evolving state of competency, and the impact beyond just personal finance. The framework will also address the language barrier and provide education that is culturally adapted to the target group.
WP3 aims to create a training program for migrants aged 18 and above to improve their financial, soft and entrepreneurial skills. The program will be based on the INFINITY Competences Framework and will be an innovative blend of face-to-face and online resources. The training material will be available in all partner languages and designed to be flexible, multi-step and with innovative blended learning methods. A pilot phase will be conducted with 30 migrants and 10 VET teachers per partner country, with teachers serving as online coaches. The goal is to enable migrants to increase their financial literacy, entrepreneurship and soft skills, and ultimately achieve successful integration in a more inclusive and sustainable Europe.
The objective of WP4 is to improve sustainability, transferability, and accessibility of the project by developing an interactive e-learning platform with user-friendly design and creative layout. The platform will provide additional learning materials and activities that complement the training curriculum and enhance the financial, entrepreneurial, and soft skills of the target group. The platform will include an e-library, social panel, and reporting module. The project will also result in the creation of an INFINITY Digital Board Game, a turn-based board game that can be played by up to 8 players, testing their knowledge and skills related to financial and entrepreneurial matters and soft skills development.

WP5 aims to ensure the availability and sustainability of the project’s results, promote multi-agency collaboration and increase the capacity of VET institutions, teachers, and civil society actors for promoting financial, entrepreneurial, and soft skills among migrants for their successful economic integration. WP5 activities will produce the INFINITY Toolkit for VET teachers and relevant stakeholders, delivered in month 24, available for free download on the project’s website and e-learning platform. WP5 will also support transferability and awareness of the project’s results through relevant awareness-raising campaigns organized in each partner country. These campaigns will be in the form of multiplier events to present and promote the project’s outputs and gather valuable feedback from participants.
